We are setting up ATC in our system and had a query related to central system refresh. We are setting up our Q system as the master system. In that scenario, all the exemptions that are applied and saved (approved/rejected), what happens to those records in case of a system refresh.
A system refresh in general takes place twice a year for us to bring in production copy. Will the exemptions raised in the Q system be lost in that case or is there any way to take any backup and restore the exemptions after refresh.
I looked through SDN but could not find any relevant document describing this issue.
